• The rest of the day is yours! Explore Prague and its famous pubs and beer spots – we’ll also share a list of recommendations to get you started.

May 13^th – Budvar Meet-Up Day

• 9:00 AM – Venue arrival & registration
• 10:00 AM – Opening session: Get ready for an exciting start with a warm welcome, the latest updates on brewery developments, a quick dive into our marketing strategy, including first look at our brand-new key assets!
• 12:30 PM – Lunch break
• 1:30 PM – Afternoon sessions: Get inspired by case studies and market examples, take a closer look at our sales strategy, and hear from a guest speaker whose insights will leave you thinking!
• 3:30 PM – Coffee break
• 4:00 PM – Workshop sessions: Get hands-on in our workshops as you break into smaller groups to explore topics such as: creating successful events and pop-ups to showcase Czech beer culture, mastering the Czech pour technique with our Brand Ambassadors, learning about the Knajpa concept, and discovering our Off-Trade Visibility showcase.
• 6:00 PM – Dinner and afterparty

May 14^th – Brewery Visit

If you’ve signed up for the brewery visit, we’ll meet in the hotel lobby in the morning:

• 8:30 AM – Hotel pick-up (please check out beforehand and bring your luggage if you’re heading to the airport afterward)
• 11:00 AM – Brewery tour begins
• 12:30 PM – Lunch
• 2:00 PM – Departure from brewery
• 4:00 PM – Drop-off at Prague Airport (Terminals 1 & 2)
• 4:30 PM – Drop-off at Mama Shelter Prague

Please note: The travel time from the brewery to Prague is approx. 2 hours, so if you're attending the tour, we recommend booking flights after 6:00 PM.

May 14^th – Departure Day

• Morning – Hotel check-out
• Free time to enjoy Prague or Optional Brewery Visit
